UF Membrane filtration is been used as a cost-effective and product improving alternative to evaporation as a means to concentrate industrial gelatin. Gelatin is being filtered by MF then concentrated by UF. Putting an appropriate membrane plant in manufacturing of gelatin increases the final product viscosity bloom strength. GMS has supplied many such plants to international customers.
