GMS has deep social commitments and tries to contribute towards providing safe drinking water to villagers at affordable price. GMS has installed RO plants for rural drinking purposes in water scares areas of Gujarat.

In order to provide safe drinking water to villagers GMS has developed very cheap Hand operated RO plant which can deliver safe drinking water at three paisa per liter in remote areas.

The Hand Operated RO plant has proved to be a boon in areas where water is contaminated with arsenic and/or fluoride which can not be removed by boiling. The operation of the plant is very simple and therefore can be operated by anyone. It does not require any maintenance except for some cleaning and membrane replacement.
